Performance and application overview.
ZRETE Rapid Concrete is a polymer-modified, fast-setting repair mortar formulated for the rapid repair of bridge deck expansion joints, concrete pavements, and traffic-grade slabs. It delivers early strength, excellent workability, and durability, making it ideal for high-demand infrastructure repair. The formula includes high-strength cement, selected quartz sand, and advanced admixtures to ensure non-shrink performance, slight expansion, and resistance to cracking under repeated load and temperature cycles.

How to Use
Step 1: Surface Preparation Clean and pre-wet the substrate 2–3 hours before pouring. Remove all standing water before application.
Step 2: Formwork Setup Use the surrounding concrete as natural formwork or install wood/steel molds. Ensure watertight formwork.
Step 3: Mixing Dry mix 10 sec → Add 2/3 water → Mix 30 sec → Add rest of water → Mix 150 sec → Let stand 2–3 min.
Step 4: Pouring Slow, even pouring to avoid air voids. Level and finish the surface. Use within 30 minutes of mixing.
Step 5: Curing Cover with plastic and moist material. Curing time: 2–3 hours under normal conditions. Extend in cold weather.
