Product overview

Performance and application overview.

XT30 is a high-performance, eco-friendly early-strength cement additive developed by SINO-SINA. Produced using C-A-Š mineral fusion technology, it blends bauxite, by-product gypsum, limestone, and high-alumina solid waste into a low-carbon, highly reactive binder.

XT30 is designed as a partial replacement for Portland cement and a viable alternative to CSA cement (Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement). It accelerates early hydration, delivers rapid strength gain, and suppresses early cracking—all while maintaining long-term strength stability without the risk of strength regression common in CSA-based systems.

XT30 vs. CSA Cement – What's the Difference?

While both XT30 and CSA cement offer fast-setting and early-strength characteristics, XT30 stands out as a greener and more compatible solution for regular concrete and mortar systems. Here's how they compare:

Feature XT30 Early Strength Additive CSA Cement (Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement)

Material Type Additive / Partial cement replacement Full cement replacement (special binder)

Application Method Replace 20–50% of OPC Used as main binder (may replace 100% OPC)

Early Strength ≥30 MPa @ 3h (with OPC) ≥30 MPa @ 3h (pure)

Strength Stability No regression; long-term strength improves May experience later strength drop without optimization

Shrinkage/Cracking Micro-expansive; good crack control Moderate shrinkage; depends on formulation

Chloride / Alkali Content Chloride-free, low alkali (safe for rebar) May contain higher sulfate or alkali levels

Environmental Profile Low carbon, waste-utilizing binder Higher calcination energy & emissions

Ease of Use Compatible with OPC-based mixes; no major design change May require new mix designs and setting control
