Post-Tensioning Grout(Duct Grout)
High-flow cementitious grout for post-tensioning ducts. Zero chloride, ASTM C939/EN 447 compliant, non-shrink with anti-corrosion. Ideal for bridges, wind farms & nuclear plants. It consists of two components, a component for normal weather use and b component for cold weather construction. Product Overview
Full Duct Filling with Anti-Corrosion Protection;Good fluidity, no water secretion, no delamination; Full early strength and micro-expansion of slurry; One-time slurry construction, dense slurry in the pipe without porosity; Pre-stressing steel does not rust, and concrete bond is strong.
Why Choose Us?
1.Cementitious, non-metallic grout with two-stage shrinkage compensation, eliminates cracking in plastic & hardened stages
2.Zero chloride content (<0.05%) + corrosion inhibitor– protects prestressing tendons in harsh environments (marine, de-icing salts)
3.Ultra-high fluidity (11-30s flow time per ASTM C939) – ensures complete void filling without segregation
4.Operable from -5°C to 40°C – superior low-temperature curing vs. competitors (e.g., SikaGrout 300PT: +5°C min)
5.Pre-mixed, just add water – no special equipment required
Applications
Bridge tendon grouting: Full duct filling for corrosion protection in highway/railway bridges
Nuclear power plants: Low permeability + chloride-free for safety-critical structures
Offshore wind farms: Saltwater-resistant protection for turbine foundations
High-rise buildings: Prestressed slab/beam duct grouting
Construction process
1. Before use, carry out trial mixing to determine the best ratio, H-60A (H-60) recommended mixing amount of 10%.
2. Mixing: should be used at a speed of not less than 1000rpm/min high-speed mechanical mixer mixing mixing order is: first add water to the appropriate scale, open the mixer, uniformly add the mortar agent, and then uniformly add the cement; all the powder to join the end of the mixing and then stir for 3 to 5 minutes to press the mortar.
3. Grouting: grouting as soon as possible after mixing, should take the usual grouting methods to ensure continuous pouring.
4. Protective measures: Wear protective gloves and goggles during construction.
5. Cleaning:Clean all construction tools and equipment with water.
