Performance and application overview.
SINO Carbon Fiber Wrap is a high-performance unidirectional carbon fiber reinforcement product for CFRP fabric applications. This carbon fiber polymer material offers two thickness options: 0.111 mm (200 g) and 0.167 mm (300 g), making it ideal for high-strength CFRP systems in structural retrofit and concrete strengthening. Available in versatile widths such as 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm, 500 mm, and custom sizes to meet project-specific needs. Designed for seismic retrofitting and shear strengthening, it excels in providing tensile strength CFRP, flexural reinforcement, and resistance against tension, shear, and seismic forces in reinforced concrete beams and other structures. When paired with Sino-Sina’s JGN802 modified epoxy resin composite, it creates a robust system for external bonding CFRP and NSM retrofit, ensuring superior bond strength concrete and durability CFRP composites.
Why Choose Our Carbon Fiber Wrap?
1. Unmatched Structural Performance
Tensile Strength:3000 MPa (vs. 500 MPa for steel rebar)
Weight: Only 200-300 g/m² (80% lighter than steel mesh)
Elastic Modulus: 200 GPa for optimal load distribution
5x Stronger Than Steel
Corrosion-Proof & Lightweight
2. Easy Installation, Lasting Results
No Heavy Equipment – Cut with scissors, bond with epoxy
Zero Corrosion – Ideal for marine environments (saltwater resistant)
50+ Year Lifespan – No maintenance required
3. Cost-Effective Reinforcement
Labor Savings: Install 3x faster than steel rebar
FAQ
Q:How does carbon fiber compare to steel rebar?
A: 5x stronger by weight, never rusts, and installs without heavy machinery.
Q:Can I apply it to wet surfaces?
A: Yes! Use our JGN802 modified epoxy resin carbon fiber adhesivefor damp concrete .
Q:What’s the shelf life?
A: 2 years in original packaging (store at 15-25°C).
